Sage Instant Accounting is a totally integrated system; it records all your financial transactions, updates your ledgers automatically, holds customer, supplier and product records, prints invoices and produces financial reports.

Overview

• Customer records - enter customer details, record sales and your customers' payments, print invoices, and identify outstanding and overdue balances.
• Supplier records - enter supplier details, see how much you owe and when you need to pay, keep track of the invoices and credit notes you receive. Record the payments you make.

• Nominal records - sends all your payments and receipts to income and expense categories so you can see where your money is, where it comes from and where it goes. Instant Accounting tells you what your total income and expenses are for the month and year-to-date and how much profit you are making.
• Invoicing - create invoices and credit notes for your products and services instantly. Your records will update automatically as invoicing links to your customer, product and nominal accounts.
• Bank accounts - record payments into and out of your bank accounts so you always have a true picture of your actual bank balance.
• Product records - create and keep a record of all the products and services you sell.
• Reports - produce your Trial Balance, Profit and Loss report, Balance Sheet, Budget report and Prior Year report. Instant Accounting sorts and analyses all your transactions automatically to produce these reports so you can see how your business is performing.
• Data management - keep your data free from corruption with back ups, data restore and error correction.
