Accounts and Finance
Sage 200 flexes to your business, allowing you to budget by cost centre and department.
Multi-company license can store up to 99 datasets, either old financial years of the same company or other companies operated within a recognised group structure from a single geographical location. Powerful consolidation of multiple companies – even with different nominal structures and operating currencies - means your system can grow with your business.
Extensive list of financial reports with historical comparisions. Allows you to keep up to 36 months history in the current ledgers plus unlimited history in the archives for customer and supplier ledgers. Nominal Account History available for all nominal accounts. Balance Sheet accounts keep a rolling history for the number of months selected whilst the trading accounts (P&L) history is usually cleared to the history file at the end of the financial year.
Alerts and batch entry features ensure rapid, error-free data entry, while in-depth reporting and graphical analysis ensure you are always in control.

History tracking by product and via "View Purchase Order & View Sales Order" facility for easy identification of customer and supplier order and invoice numbers.
Price Book
Powerful module for customer specific price lists and discount structures, allows you to set customer pricing without having to refer to manual price lists, file import routine available for simple updating.
Sales and Purchase Order processing
Allocation of stock available on sales orders either on order entry or despatch stock control update on despatch or on invoice. Purchase order processing, updates stock real-time when goods are received from or returned to the supplier. Matching of Invoice to Order and credit note to return before order can be completed.
Full history archive of old orders for both Sales and Purchase.
CRM
Customer Relationship Management software, Sage 200 now comes with one license for Sage CRM a fully functional customer relationship management system which allows you to track the progress of sales and prospects, gives you reminders for call backs, and integrates with the accounting system.
