Effective Call Management Systems
All telephone calls are logged onto a call logging system designed to keep track of all calls. A 'knowledge base' of common problems and solutions is kept as well as a history of each clients past calls. Therefore problems which occur more than once can be monitored and resolved quickly and efficiently.
In addition each client has a file containing valuable information on the set up of their system in addition to a standard customer profile.
Support Options:
Andrews Computer Services Ltd provides four different levels of support as set out below:
BRONZE: Unlimited Telephone Support ONLY
SILVER: Unlimited Telephone & Remote Support
GOLD: Unlimited Telephone Support & On-site Support*
PLATINUM: Unlimited Telephone & Remote Support, along with On-site Support*
* On-site Support is a 'pool' of on-site hours (a minimum of 21 hours is applied). These hours can be drawn down either via regular visits - to perform housekeeping, software updates, resolve minor system problems, month & year ends, writing of bespoke add-on programs & reports, and training. We will record via our job sheets, what work was done during each visit and the time taken. This will be signed by your company to confirm that the Specialist was on site for the time specified and as far as is practicable, that the specified work has been done. A ‘zero value’ invoice for each visit will be raised and sent to you together with a copy of the job sheet and a note of the number of hours remaining in the 'pool'. If the pool of hours is used before the end of the year then further hours can either be bought 'en-block' or can be paid for each visit.
