On-site technical support

Andrews Computer Services Ltd offer on-site technical support for both contract customers and on an ‘pay-as-you-go’ chargeable basis. Our trained and experienced engineers can resolve any issues that you may experience with your computer systems; this can include faults and problem solving and also upgrades and the installation and configuration of new equipment. With access to our own in house knowledgebase as well as direct contact with manufacturer’s knowledgebase’s and product support specialists, if it can be fixed, we will fix it.

Any product, any problem, Andrews Computer Services Ltd will always get you up and running quickly and with the minimum of disruption.

Pay-as-you-go:

No support contract - You simply pay for our services as and when they are required on a time and materials basis.

Annual on-site support contracts

Annual Support is divided into four Categories: Bronze+, Silver+, Gold+, or Platinum+.

Bronze+:

Telephone support
What’s included:
Provides unlimited telephone support for Network, PC, Sage accounting, payroll and general ‘office’ packages such as Word/Excel.
Priority response to problems.

Silver+:

Telephone & Dial In Support
What’s included:
Provides unlimited telephone support for Network, PC, Sage accounting, payroll and general ‘office’ packages such as Word/Excel.
Priority response to problems
Dial-in support included, for Sage Products.

Gold+:

Telephone support and block of hours
What’s included:
Provides unlimited telephone support for Network, PC, Sage accounting, payroll and general ‘office’ packages such as Word/Excel.
Priority response to problems.
Also provides you with a lock of hours that can be drawn down as required. Hours are charged at the flat rate saving you money on each visit.
Simple tracking of hours used.
Un-used hours roll-over to following year
No dial-in support included.
Minimum 21 hours (3 day) block to be purchased.

Platinum+:

Telephone, Dial In and Block of Hours
What’s included:
Provides unlimited telephone support for Network, PC, Sage accounting, payroll and general ‘office’ packages such as Word/Excel.
Priority response to problems.
Also provides you with a block of hours that can be drawn down as required. Hours are charged at the flat rate of £75 per hour saving £50 for each visit. This support contact would be payable either by cheque in advance or via monthly standing order.
Simple tracking of hours used.
Un-used hours roll-over to following year Minimum 21 hours (3 day) block to be purchased.

Prices

The charge for non-support contract customers is £75 per hour or £550 per day.
Travel to locations more than one hour from our Hemel Hempstead offices will be charged at 40 pence per mile.
