We are now looking for a System Support Executive to join our team in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate with excellent technical skills and good client-facing abilities.

As a personable and motivated individual, your role as a System Support Executive will involve supporting a diverse client base using the latest support tools. You will be responsible for providing assistance to clients who run a range of software applications.

The products you will help support include Windows XP, Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office and email, Symantec Backup Exec, Anti Virus, adding new users checking backups and installing printers and configuring VPN connections. It is therefore essential that you some experience in some or all of these areas. This role would suit a Graduate or College Leaver with an IT background who has used a range of the above mentioned products.

To succeed as a System Support Executive you will need to have good IT skills with experience of Windows and other PC & Virtual environments too, and have great client facing skills. You’ll be a personable individual with the knowledge and patience to help clients, and you’ll be committed to providing high quality support. Equally as important will be your professional approach to business and your ability to work to a high standard, ensuring the job is done.
